The rotary dryer that produced by our company is the high-efficiency and energy conservation product with the characteristics of high output, low energy consumption, and strong adaption of the material. Mainly used in building material, cement, metallurgy, mining and other industries, drying limestone, clay, slag, and fine iron powder and some materials which contains certain humidity. The rotary dryer has strong adaptability with materials, which can be used to dry may dry various materials, meanwhile, due to the equipment is simple and reliable, therefore it was widely adopted.
After the fine iron powder into the cylinder, it will be repeatedly thrown by the hoisting plate, then form the material stream, then back into cylinder to exchange with heat flow on the effect of gravity and rotation functions, because that the material was repeatedly thrown, so the contained water was gradually dried. Under the influence of gradient PCB and heat flow, the material can be controlled to move to the other section of the dryer to produce the finished products. Compared the cylinder dryer with ordinary dryer, the former has the characteristics of stronger carrying ability and higher drying efficiency.
The rotary dryer mainly comprised by solid of revolution, hoisting plate, transmission equipment, supporting equipment etc. Based on the inside of the dryer, from the different flow directions of the material and heat gas, the dryer has two types: co-current type and counter-current type. When chosen the operation of o-current type dryer and counter-current type dryer, you should according to the characteristics of the material, patticle diameter, the final requirement of the moisture and the workshop layout and so on.
